Effective July 2026
WrenchLedger provides workshop inventory management on a paid, workspace-level subscription. By creating an account or starting a trial you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and workspaces
A subscription belongs to a workspace, not a user. Every workspace has one owner who manages billing. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use one-time email codes; there are no passwords to leak.
Plans and billing
Plans, prices, seats, and limits are described on the pricing page and in the app. Prices are in US dollars, before applicable tax, for United States billing addresses. See the Subscription & Cancellation terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of the inventory data and files you upload. You can export a complete backup at any time, including during a read-only (restricted) period. We do not sell your data.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove features. We provide the service “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
