Data Retention & Deletion

Restricted (read-only) period
If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only and its data is retained for 60 days from the date it was restricted. Throughout this window you can read, download attachments, and export a complete backup. Paying (or an administrator granting access) during this window restores the same data — but never grants another trial.
Warnings
We warn you when a workspace is restricted and again 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before deletion, with the exact dates and a direct link to reactivate.
Deletion
At the end of the retention window — or immediately if you request deletion — we permanently remove the workspace’s records and uploaded files. This is irreversible. We retain your login identity and a minimal, non-identifying record that a workspace existed and was deleted. A downgrade or exceeding a quota never starts deletion on its own.
