Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026
We collect only what we need to run WrenchLedger: your email address (for sign-in and notifications), the inventory data and files you create, and basic operational logs.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and never touch our servers. We store only non-sensitive billing metadata (plan, status, and the processor’s customer and subscription identifiers).
Reminder and notification emails are opt-in. Borrower notifications include a one-click unsubscribe. We do not use your data for advertising.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your workspace at any time. See the Data Retention & Deletion policy for how long data is kept and what a purge removes.
